Obinest is an established Nigerian automotive spare-parts and automotive technology/service business. Its transformation is being approached as a progressive operating and technology implementation engagement.
The Challenge
Modernizing a growing business operating across complex, largely manual workflows.
Obinest had built a successful automotive parts and services business over many years, but many of its day-to-day operations had evolved around manual processes, fragmented information, and workflows that were not designed for centralized digital management.
As the business continued to grow, this created challenges around operational visibility, customer information, inventory management, reporting, and coordination across different areas of the business.
