Scope and permitted use
This applies to www.kachexmodel.com, operated by Kachex Model Technologies Limited. You may use the public website to learn about the company, evaluate services and products, submit legitimate business enquiries and request further information. It does not replace acceptable-use terms for Kachex Core or any separately contracted service.
Prohibited conduct
Do not violate applicable law or the rights of others, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware; bypass security controls, disrupt availability, conduct unauthorised probing or testing, submit misleading or unauthorised personal information, or misuse intellectual property and confidential information. Automated scraping or bulk collection must not infringe applicable law, our rights or technical restrictions.
Protective measures
Subject to applicable law and contractual obligations, the proposed policy permits proportionate investigation, access restrictions, preservation of relevant records and referral of unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities. Management must confirm the practical procedures and authority for these measures before approval.

Report suspected misuse to info@kachexmodel.com. For a suspected vulnerability, use the subject “Responsible Security Disclosure” and follow the separate Responsible Disclosure draft. This policy does not grant testing permission.
